No cash refunds, however We accept exchange/return on items that has an error or fault from us, and also for wrong items sent. Also we are open to doing an exchange for you for wrong sizing on our part and if for very good reason on your part aswell. (Note: Wrong sizing on your part means you’re bearing the cost of exchange e.g delivery fees etc)
However, note that exchange must be done within 24hrs of receiving the item within Lagos with the tag and packaging still intact, for interstate, ensure item is way billed back to us within 48hrs with the tag still intact.
When the returned item is received by us, we will then process your exchange, If we’re unable to replace the returned item maybe due to the item being out of stock at the time of return or for some other reasons, Only then will we go ahead and substitute item if the customer is open to a substitution. If a customer is unwilling to substitute to a different item then a (Bevvadolls Credit) will be issued which can be subsequently used to shop.
